  • The assailants posed as auditors, flashed fake ID cards to bypass security and took multiple employees hostage at gunpoint.
  • They stole approximately ₹9.5 lakh in cash and several packets of customer-pledged gold ornaments before fleeing.
  • One suspect assaulted branch manager Krishna Kumar with a pistol, causing head injuries, and two other employees were also hurt.
  • The robbers parked motorcycles at a distance and completed the raid in under 10 minutes before speeding away.
  • Investigators have registered an FIR, reviewed CCTV footage and set up checkpoints across Gurugram as they pursue an estimated three to five suspects, none of whom have been arrested.
