Gunman Opens Fire at West Indian Day Parade in Brooklyn, Killing One and Injuring Four

Police are searching for a suspect after a targeted shooting disrupted the annual celebration of Caribbean culture.

Two victims are in critical condition, while three others are expected to survive.
