Gunman kills teenager in shooting at Brazilian school

A former student entered a school in Parana, Brazil and began shooting, killing a 15-year-old girl and severely wounding a 14-year-old.
The alleged shooter was arrested by police following the attack.
Brazil has experienced nearly two dozen attacks or violent incidents in schools since 2000.
The President of Brazil condemned the violence on Twitter.
The governor declared three days of mourning and sent officials to the town.
