Overview

• Four people, including an 11-year-old girl and a 16-year-old boy, were shot outside the Christy Recreation Center around 4 p.m. Wednesday.
• The 11-year-old is in stable condition at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia while the 16-year-old remains critical at Penn–Cedar Avenue; two other victims sustained graze wounds.
