The company targets 2027 deliveries after extensive lab and ground testing, with certification work set to begin soon.

  • The G300 debuted on September 30 at a Savannah customer event, where Gulfstream showed a full-scale mock-up and the first production aircraft.
  • The super-midsize jet advertises 3,600 nm range at Mach 0.80 or 3,000 nm at Mach 0.84 and a maximum cruise altitude of 45,000 feet, powered by Honeywell engines.
  • The cabin seats up to 10 across two living areas and includes 10 panoramic oval windows, low noise levels, and plasma ionization air purification with a 4,800-foot cabin altitude at 41,000 feet.
  • The new Harmony Flight Deck features six touchscreens, Phase-of-Flight intelligence, a Synthetic Vision-Primary Flight Display, and a Predictive Landing Performance System.
  • Gulfstream cites roughly 22,000 hours of lab testing, nearly 2,000 hours of ground tests on the first airframe, and two additional test aircraft in build as it phases out the G280 in a segment contested by Bombardier, Cessna, and Embraer.
