A Gujarat bench based its bail extension on his critical troponin levels at an Indore hospital.

Overview

  • The division bench of Justices Ilesh Vora and P.M. Raval granted a third interim bail extension on medical grounds through August 21.
  • Doctors at Jupiter Hospital in Indore diagnosed very high troponin levels and reported that Asaram’s condition is critical in the ICU.
