  • The Guardia Civil’s Operation Sandami was launched after Policía Local de Alcàsser reported a surge in complaints about Alfa PIHP consumption and possession.
  • Investigators discovered traffickers rented short-term tourist apartments to frequently relocate their narcotics sales across Alcàsser and Valencia.
  • July 6 raids yielded 30 grams of Alfa PIHP, 15 grams of Alfa PVP, methamphetamines, pharmaceuticals, 32 crystal pipes, four precision scales and a compressed air pistol.
  • Two Spanish men aged 58 and 38 were detained on charges of drug trafficking and their case files were forwarded to the Juzgado de Primera Instancia e Instrucción nº1 de Picassent.
