• Guía Repsol’s 2025 summer list adds over 260 new Soletes across Spain, bringing the total to more than 5,000 recognized venues.
• The latest selections span coastal chiringuitos, mountain merenderos and hidden urban patios in regions from Comunitat Valenciana and Euskadi to Extremadura and Andalusia.
• Comunitat Valenciana leads with 18 new entries while Andalusia, Canarias, Euskadi and Extremadura contribute 45, 15, 10 and seven additions respectively.
• A team of around 50 inspectors evaluated each establishment’s ambiance, culinary quality and value before granting the yellow Solete sticker.
• All listed Soletes are now searchable through the Guía Repsol mobile app to help users plan their summer outings with ease.
