GTA Online’s ‘Safehouse in the Hills’ Adds Buyable Mansions That Gate New Missions

Players purchase estates through Prix Luxury Real Estate with fully outfitted builds reaching roughly $13 million.

Overview

  • Three properties are available now: Tongva Estate ($11.5M), Vinewood Residence ($12.2M), and Richman Villa ($12.8M).
  • Owning a mansion is required to start the KnoWay Out operation and to access a new Michael De Santa mission.
  • Customization spans interior tints, patterns and décor, selectable AI assistants, security tiers, and add-on rooms such as an Armory, Arcade, Podium, and Vehicle Workshop.
  • Mansions use instanced interiors that include an AI tablet for vehicle exits, party hosting, and business management, plus in-home amenities and optional dog or cat adoption.
  • Purchases are made via the in-game Prix Luxury Real Estate site, with discounts tied to Listing missions that were offered ahead of buying.
