The wedding, which took place in Paris in November, reportedly cost $59 million and included a performance from Maroon 5 and an overnight stay at the Palace of Versailles.
LaGrone has been offered a plea deal of 25 years in prison, according to court documents.
Brockway's social media accounts were filled with videos and photos of the lavish wedding, which have since been deleted.
