Graham also predicted that Trump will win the primary in Colorado if he focuses on 'improving security and prosperity for Americans' rather than looking back at the 2020 election.
The Colorado court's decision is the first of its kind, with Trump having won legal battles in other states where similar 14th Amendment arguments have been made.
Trump's campaign has vowed to appeal the Colorado ruling to the U.S. Supreme Court, which currently has a 6-3 conservative majority, including three justices appointed by Trump.
