Overview
- The centenary marathon, which drew more than 5,000 people on Sunday, August 23, 2026, was held at HMDA Grounds near Hussainsagar and marked the opening of the gurudwara’s 100th-anniversary calendar.
- The event, run under the theme 'Run for Faith, Run for Sewa,' featured a warm-up and Zumba session followed by 3K and 5K races and a family walkathon to include children, adults and senior citizens.
- Prominent Sikh personalities flagged off the races and organisers routed the 3K toward People’s Plaza and the 5K toward Jal Vihar before runners returned to the HMDA Grounds.
