Governors Ball Will Go On Despite Air Quality Crisis in New York City

Performers like Lizzo, Odesza, Kendrick Lamar, and Lil Nas X are still scheduled to perform at the festival from June 9 to 11.
The festival was cancelled in 2020 due to COVID-19 and had to evacuate in 2019 due to severe weather, but organizers say it will continue as planned for now.
New York schools have cancelled all outdoor activities due to the poor air quality, but the festival will go on at Flushing Meadows Corona Park.
