- Authorities formally queried 44 entities, which submitted documentation in 1,592,421 cases for review.
- Contests were lodged mainly through Meu INSS (3,440,069; 54.1%), followed by Correios service desks (2,259,424; 35.5%) and Central 135 (419,924; 6.6%).
