Overview
- The second 2025 call opens August 4–September 1 for the education-completion line and August 18–September 5 for the higher-education and nursing tracks
- Resolution 839/2025 allows private institutions that grant official degrees and meet cost and location requirements to participate in Progresar
- Eligibility now depends solely on the applicant’s personal registered income in ANSES records, replacing the former family-income threshold
- Registrations must be submitted online via Mi Argentina with an active account, updated ANSES data and a declared CBU or CVU for direct stipend payments
- Recipients will receive ARS 35,000 monthly with 80% disbursed during the cycle and 20% retained until year-end upon verification of academic compliance
