Overview
- Resolution 396/2025, now in force, mandates that unsold ProCreAr properties be disposed of exclusively through public electronic auctions on SUBAST.AR.
- The offer will cover finished but never-adjudicated units and vacant land from past program lines, while incomplete works may be transferred to provinces, municipalities or private actors to finish.
- AABE and Banco Hipotecario will publish lot-by-lot details and auction calls progressively, including location, base price and conditions for each property.
- Base prices will be set by the National Appraisal Tribunal, auctions will be fully digital with prior publicity, participants must prove solvency and lodge guarantees, and winners must pay 100% plus closing costs before transfer by the Escribanía General de Gobierno.
- Active ProCreAr mortgages remain unchanged after their transfer to Banco Hipotecario under Resolution 764/2025, so current borrowers are not affected by the asset sales.
