Government Homologates UOCRA Wage Agreement With 2.2% Bimonthly Increase

  • The Ministry of Capital Humano officially homologated the UOCRA–CAMARCO agreement for July–August 2025, approving a total 2.2% wage increase paid in two 1.1% tranches.
  • Non-remunerative bonuses of 40,000 to 48,000 pesos per month have been added to supplement basic salaries across all categories and zones.
  • Basic hourly rates have been updated by geographic zone, with specialized officers in Zone A now earning 4,948 pesos per hour.
  • A special commission will meet on August 18 to monitor economic and sector indicators and propose any necessary September wage adjustments.
  • The agreement respects the government’s 1% monthly paritaria cap, remains in force until August 31 and allows for formal renegotiation in September.
