- The NCS and Pratibha Setu portals now host profiles of 33,950 UPSC aspirants who reached the interview stage but were not selected
- Employers including ESIC have used Pratibha Setu for initial hires, onboarding 451 officers in July
- Since 2016, about 4.8 lakh reserved backlog vacancies have been filled through in-house committees, special recruitment drives and reservation cells
- Reservation quotas of 15% for SCs, 7.5% for STs, 27% for OBCs and 4% for PwDs in recruitment and promotions are being actively enforced
- The SANKALP platform has registered over 2,000 pensioners for voluntary roles with NGOs and offers pre-retirement counselling workshops
