Gov. Bill Lee Appoints Mary L. Wagner to Tennessee Supreme Court

Wagner, selected from three finalists, is set to replace Justice Roger Page, who will retire on August 31, 2024.

Wagner's background includes serving as an associate at Rice, Amundsen & Caperton, PLLC, and teaching as an adjunct professor at the University of Memphis School of Law
Wagner, a member of the Memphis chapter of the Federalist Society, was appointed to her circuit court position by former Gov. Bill Haslam in 2016 and was reelected in 2022.
