• Frankie Gotti, 27, and John Gotti, 31, were arrested Tuesday for allegedly tracking down and assaulting their brother-in-law, Gino Gabrielli, outside his Howard Beach home.
• Gabrielli had been arrested Sunday on charges of burglary, grand larceny and criminal possession of stolen property for allegedly stealing $3,300 from a Gotti family residence.
• During their arraignment before Judge Sharifa Nasser-Cullar in Queens Criminal Court, the brothers were released on their own recognizance without bail.
• Their next court appearance is scheduled for August 7, and the brothers’ attorney has expressed confidence that the assault charges will be dismissed.
