Overview

  • Google launched the Pixel 10 lineup alongside Pixel 10 Pro, Pro XL, Pro Fold, Pixel Watch 4, and Pixel Buds 2a at its Made by Google event.
  • The Tensor G5 chipset runs Gemini Nano on the phone to power new assistance features across photography, translation, and daily context.
  • Camera Coach guides framing and composition, saves the unaltered photo, and offers optional “Get Inspired” generative previews that can imagine scenes beyond the current view.
  • A Google spokesperson said Camera Coach uploads one frame to the cloud at the start of a session for processing and deletes it afterward, so the feature does not work offline.
  • Other additions include Magic Cue, Daily Hub, Edit with Ask Photos, upgrades to Add Me and Auto Best Take, Voice Translate that reproduces a caller’s voice, and a one‑year Google AI Pro subscription with the phones.
