- Google moved NotebookLM onto Gemini 3.5 and Antigravity to improve accuracy and make the system’s reasoning more visible to users.
- Each NotebookLM notebook now includes a secure cloud computer so the product can write and run code for data analysis and automation inside the app.
- NotebookLM can proactively search the web using Google Search to find and add high‑quality sources to a user’s notebook while leaving users in control of which sources are included.
- The update adds more than 100 curated software skills and new export options — including PDFs, DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, charts, CSV/JSON and Nano Banana images — and Google reports evaluation gains versus the prior system.
