Google is pushing the stable build in phases through carriers, with factory images available for those who choose to install manually.

Overview

  • The update is now rolling out to supported devices from Pixel 7a through the Pixel 10 series, with the Pixel 6 family and the Pixel 7/7 Pro not included this cycle.
  • For the Pixel 10 line, the changelog lists general GPU performance improvements, a fix for always‑on display flicker, a correction for noisy lines in Adobe Lightroom HDR edits, and a remedy for touchscreens that could stop responding.
  • Pixel 8 and newer models receive a fix for battery drain that occurred under certain conditions.
  • All supported devices also get fixes for noisy ringback tones during Webex calls and for a bug that could render the Wallpaper & style app unusable after deleting a Live Universe wallpaper until a reboot.
  • Google is delivering builds BP4A.260105.004 with regional variants (E1, A2, C2) via a phased rollout, factory images and OTA files are posted for manual updates, and outlets report the patch addresses the urgent CVE-2025-48647 vulnerability.
