• Personal Context references past conversations to tailor replies and is enabled by default.
• Temporary Chats create one-off, incognito-style sessions that won’t appear in history, won’t train models and expire after 72 hours.
• Initial rollout on Gemini 2.5 Pro in select markets excludes the EU, UK and Switzerland, will expand to 2.5 Flash and more regions in the coming weeks, and is limited to users over 18.
• Google renamed the “Gemini Apps Activity” setting to “Keep Activity,” clarifying that a sample of future uploads may be used to improve services.
