Google Rolls Out Gemini AI 'Insert' Button for Gmail on Android

Previously available only on the web version of Gmail, the feature is now rolling out globally to Android users with Gmail version 2025.01.05.715468168.
A Gemini Advanced subscription is required to access the feature, which is part of Gmail's 'Suggest a Reply' tool.
Gemini's AI capabilities include summarizing emails, retrieving information from past conversations, and integrating with Google Calendar to create events or respond to scheduling queries.
The 'Insert' button is positioned alongside tools like 'formalize,' 'elaborate,' and 'shorten,' making it easier for users to refine and send AI-generated replies.
