Google Password Manager Adds Family Sharing Feature

Users can now securely share passwords within their Google family group, enhancing convenience for shared services.

The feature allows password sharing strictly within Google's family groups, limited to six members.
Passwords shared will be saved in each family member's Google Password Manager.
Currently, the feature is available on mobile devices but not yet on Chrome desktop.
Google announced this feature in February 2024 as part of its digital wellbeing initiatives.
Users must create a family group to use the password sharing functionality.
