• Manual scheduling is now rolling out in the Google Home app for Nest Learning Thermostat (3rd Gen) and Nest Thermostat E in the U.S. and U.K., with availability expanding after a start last week.
• Existing schedules from the Nest app automatically migrate to Google Home, where users can add, remove, or edit temperature events for heating and cooling.
• Supported owners can now set sensor and fan schedules in Google Home, and Learning Thermostat users can view and use sensors within the app.
• Google refreshed the Home app experience with brighter visuals that clarify heating and cooling states and a redesigned energy dashboard featuring detailed usage breakdowns and weekly year‑over‑year comparisons.
• First‑ and second‑generation Nest Learning Thermostats are not included and will lose official software support on October 25, 2025.
