Google Begins Gemini AI Integration Google Messages for Beta Users

Selected beta users can now access Gemini AI in Google Messages, offering enhanced messaging capabilities.

Google has begun rolling out Gemini AI integration in Google Messages to some beta users.
The feature is available for users with specific devices, including Pixel 6 or newer, Pixel Fold, Galaxy S22 or newer, Galaxy Z Flip, and Galaxy Z Fold.
Users can interact with Gemini using text or image prompts for various tasks like drafting messages, brainstorming ideas, and planning events.
The integration requires users to be at least 18, have RCS enabled, and use English or French in eligible regions.
There's no information yet on whether Gemini Advanced users will have access to premium features in Google Messages.
