Gooder Foods Recalls Goodles Mac and Cheese Over Undeclared Allergens After Eight Reactions

FDA is monitoring the voluntary action after reports of undeclared milk or cashew in specific lots.

Overview

  • The recall covers five lots of Vegan Is Believin’ Plant-Based White Cheddar with Spirals for potential milk and three lots of Here Comes Truffle Creamy Truffle Flavored Cheddar and Shells for potential cashew.
  • Affected products were produced April 7–15, 2025 and distributed nationwide to wholesale distributors, operators, and online between April 29 and August 5, 2025.
  • Eight allergic reactions have been reported in total, including six linked to the truffle product and two linked to the vegan product.
  • Gooder Foods said the issue was identified through consumer feedback and reported no new adverse events since initiating the recall.
  • Consumers are advised to return recalled boxes for refunds, verify UPCs, lot codes, and best-by dates listed in the recall notice, and contact the company at 1-888-610-2341 with questions.
