• All outlets have closed, with stores at Bugis Junction, Compass One, Changi General Hospital and Nex found shuttered on Oct 2.
• Gong Cha’s Singapore website and social media pages are offline, and listings on GrabFood and foodpanda show stores as closed or unavailable.
• The company pledged to handle issues arising from the closure responsibly and fairly, though ACRA records still list the entity as live as of Oct 2.
• Before going offline, the Singapore site listed 29 outlets, and the brand previously exited the market in 2017 before returning under a new franchisee later that year.
