Golfer Alejandro Tosti Makes Hole-in-One at TPC Sawgrass, Celebrates with a Splash

The Argentine PGA Tour pro jumped into the water after acing the iconic 17th hole during a practice round for The Players Championship.

Alejandro Tosti, ranked No. 200 in the world, made a hole-in-one on the 17th hole at TPC Sawgrass during a practice round for The Players Championship.
The 28-year-old Argentine celebrated by jumping into the lake surrounding the island green, with an extra push from his caddie.
Tosti used a 52-degree wedge for the 133-yard shot, which landed beyond the hole before rolling back into the cup.
This marks Tosti's debut at The Players Championship, secured through his FedExCup standing of No. 116 after retaining his PGA Tour card last year.
Earlier in the day, Collin Morikawa's caddie, J.J. Jakovac, also made a hole-in-one on the 17th during the annual caddie competition, a first in the event's history.
