Golden State Warriors to Retire Andre Iguodala's No. 9 Jersey

The four-time NBA champion and 2015 Finals MVP will be honored in a postgame ceremony on February 23 after the Warriors face the Dallas Mavericks.

Andre Iguodala will become the seventh player in Golden State Warriors history to have his jersey retired, joining franchise legends such as Wilt Chamberlain and Rick Barry.
The jersey retirement ceremony will take place on February 23, 2025, following the Warriors' home game against the Dallas Mavericks at Chase Center.
Iguodala played a pivotal role in the Warriors' dynasty, winning four NBA championships and earning the 2015 NBA Finals MVP for his defensive efforts against LeBron James.
During his seven seasons with the Warriors, Iguodala ranked among the franchise's postseason leaders in assists, steals, and three-pointers made.
The ceremony will also feature a reunion of former teammates, including Klay Thompson, who joined the Mavericks in the 2024-25 season and is expected to attend the event.
