Golden Gate Park to Host Nu Metal Concert Featuring System of a Down, Deftones

System of a Down and Deftones to headline the first installation of the annual Golden Gate Park Concerts series on August 17, 2024.
The concert, organized by Another Planet Entertainment in partnership with the city, aims to boost local economy and support San Francisco Recreation and Park Department programming.
Tickets range from $169 to $399, with presales starting April 11 and general sales on April 12.
The event is a rare performance opportunity to see System of a Down, which has played fewer than 20 shows since 2017.
The concert will also feature performances by The Mars Volta, Viagra Boys, and VOWWS, expanding the genre range beyond nu metal.
