Overview

  • The fast lane in each direction will shut between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. every Wednesday from June 25 through November
  • The repair work targets the two center lanes where crews will fill potholes and resurface asphalt
  • Wednesdays were chosen for their lighter midweek traffic and to avoid peak commute periods
  • After each session, the bridge will resume its normal three southbound and three northbound lane configuration
  • The district will monitor traffic flow and weather ahead of each closure and may move work to Thursday or defer to the following week if conditions demand
