A group calling themselves 'God's army' is organizing a convoy to the southern border to protest against record numbers of migrants crossing from Mexico.
The group, known as 'Take Our Border Back', has raised over $90,000 for their cause and is inviting all 'law-abiding, freedom-loving Americans' to join them.
The convoy is set to leave from Virginia Beach on Monday, with rallies planned on February 3 at sites near Eagle Pass, Texas; Yuma, Arizona; and San Ysidro, California.
The group's actions come amid escalating tensions between the Biden administration and Texas over the state's efforts to secure the border.
In December, Customs and Border Protection agents had a record-breaking 302,034 migrant encounters at the southern border.
