• GM will halt first- and second-shift production of the GMC Hummer EV and Cadillac Escalade IQ at Detroit-Hamtramck’s Factory Zero from Sept. 2 to Oct. 6.
• Roughly 360 employees will be on temporary layoff during the pause, including about 160 newly affected workers and roughly 200 whose earlier layoff is being extended.
