GM, EVgo, and Pilot Open First Stations of Coast-to-Coast EV Charging Network

- General Motors, EVgo, and Pilot Travel Centers have opened the first 17 of their planned coast-to-coast EV charging stations across 13 states.
- By the end of 2023, at least 25 stations with around 100 charging stalls are expected to be operational.
- Some of the charging stalls will have DC fast-charging capacities of 350kW, capable of delivering more than 200 miles of range in just 10 minutes.
- The companies plan to install at least 2,000 charging stations over the next few years, with an additional 200 stations expected by the end of 2024.
- Starting in Spring 2024, GM customers will get discounts on charging fees and be able to reserve charging stations ahead of time.
