GM Announces Plans for All-Electric Cadillac Escalade Called 'Escalade IQ'

General Motors will debut an all-electric Cadillac Escalade SUV called the Escalade IQ later this year.
Cadillac aims to transition to a fully electric brand by 2030 and the Escalade IQ will join other EVs like the Celestiq and Lyriq.
The Escalade IQ will likely use GM's Ultium platform and technology featured in other GM EVs.
Pricing for the Escalade IQ is expected to exceed the current gas-powered Escalade which starts at over $80,000.
Few details have been released about the Escalade IQ beyond the name and expected launch in 2025.
