Gloria Allred Represents Family in Josh Giddey Investigation

Both NBA and Newport Beach Police Department Conducting Investigations into Allegations Against the Oklahoma City Thunder Guard

Gloria Allred, a prominent attorney known for representing women in cases against powerful men, is representing the family of the girl with whom Oklahoma City Thunder guard Josh Giddey is alleged to have had an improper relationship.
Both the Newport Beach, California, police department and the NBA have announced they are conducting investigations into the allegations against Giddey.
The allegations surfaced after an anonymous social media post last month claimed a girl seen with Giddey in videos and photographs was a high school junior at the time. The social media account has since been deactivated.
Giddey, who is from Australia and turned 21 in October, and the Oklahoma City Thunder have declined to comment on the situation so far.
Giddey is averaging 12.0 points, 5.7 rebounds and 4.2 assists per game for the Thunder, which is off to a 13-6 start, second best in the Western Conference. He has started all four games since the allegations were made but played a season-low 17 minutes in Saturday’s win at Dallas.
