Users reported being unable to access email, send messages, or use other Microsoft applications, sparking widespread frustration on social media.
Microsoft confirmed the outage and stated they are investigating the issue, referencing incident ID MO1020913 for updates in the admin center.
The outages were concentrated in major U.S. cities like New York, Chicago, and Los Angeles, but affected users globally.
