Glen Taylor has agreed not to appeal a February 2025 arbitration ruling, ending his opposition to the sale of the Timberwolves and Lynx.
The arbitration panel ruled that Alex Rodriguez and Marc Lore did not violate the terms of their original 2021 purchase agreement.
Rodriguez and Lore will pay approximately $942 million, held in escrow, to complete the $1.5 billion acquisition and secure 100% ownership.
The sale will now go to the NBA for final approval, which Commissioner Adam Silver has indicated is unlikely to face obstacles.
