Gladiator II Officially Announced with Star-Studded Cast

Ridley Scott returns to direct the sequel, focusing on Lucius Verus, set to hit theaters November 22, 2024.

The official title of the sequel to the Oscar-winning film Gladiator has been revealed as Gladiator II, with its logo and tagline unveiled at CinemaCon.
The sequel, directed by Ridley Scott, is set approximately 15 years after the original and focuses on Lucius Verus, the son of Lucilla.
Paul Mescal will star as the grown-up Lucius, with a cast that includes Denzel Washington, Pedro Pascal, and Joseph Quinn.
Connie Nielsen and Derek Jacobi will reprise their roles from the original film.
Gladiator II is scheduled for release in theaters on November 22, 2024.
