GLAAD Media Awards Celebrate LGBTQ Representation and Advocacy in Landmark 40th Year

The 36th Annual GLAAD Media Awards took place on March 27, 2025, at The Beverly Hilton in Los Angeles, marking GLAAD’s 40th anniversary.
Cynthia Erivo received the Stephen F. Kolzak Award for her advocacy and contributions to LGBTQ visibility, delivering a powerful speech on courage and representation.
Doechii won Outstanding Music Artist, emphasizing LGBTQ advocacy and resilience in her acceptance speech.
Notable winners included 'RuPaul’s Drag Race' for Outstanding Reality Competition Program and Hallmark’s 'The Groomsmen: Second Chances' for Outstanding Film – Streaming or TV.
The ceremony will be available for streaming on Hulu starting April 12, 2025.
