GLAAD Media Awards Announces 35th Annual Nominees

The Advocate, Out Nominated for Outstanding Magazine Coverage, Christopher Wiggins Recognized for Online Journalism

GLAAD Media Awards announces nominees for its 35th annual ceremony, recognizing fair, accurate, and inclusive representations of LGBTQ+ people and issues in media.
The Advocate and Out, sibling publications, are nominated for Outstanding Magazine — Overall Coverage.
Christopher Wiggins, The Advocate’s senior national reporter, is nominated for Outstanding Online Journalism Article for his piece on links between the GOP, right-wing influencers, and Neo-Nazi violence.
The awards will be held in Los Angeles at the Beverly Hilton on March 14, and in New York City at the Hilton Midtown on May 11.
GLAAD is presenting Special Recognition honors to 11 media projects and individuals that spotlighted diverse segments of the LGBTQ community in innovative ways.
