• Applications are open now through Monday, November 10, 2025.
• The inaugural cohort runs for roughly four months in early 2026 with professional mentorship and GLAAD Media Institute training.
• Each participant receives an All-Access pass to the 2026 Game Developers Conference in San Francisco and a limited travel stipend.
• Participants gain guidance from industry experts, including GLAAD staff with experience on The Sims 4, Apex Legends, and Tell Me Why, plus a featured profile on GLAAD’s website.
• Eligibility targets early- to mid-career LGBTQ developers worldwide who can commit to virtual activities and travel to GDC.
