Overview

• Congress issued a second list even as RJD, Congress, Left parties and VIP fielded overlapping candidates in seats including Lalganj, Vaishali, Rajapakar, Rosera, Biharsharif, Bachhwara, Tarapur, Kahalgaon and Kutumba.
