• On June 30, the Foral Tax Authority of Gipuzkoa published its tenth list of taxpayers owing at least €600,000, featuring 82 entries with a combined debt of €203 million.
• Compared with the previous edition, the list adds 9 new debtors whose liabilities total €10.3 million and removes 11 whose debts summed €15.3 million.
• Bizkaia’s list, covering debts as of December 31, 2024, registers 347 taxpayers owing €594.9 million, up 13 entries and €1 million from the 2023 total.
• The Bizkaia publication includes 31 individuals jointly liable alongside primary debtors under shared-responsibility rules.
• Annual publication of high-value debtor lists serves as a public accountability measure to deter arrears and encourage settlements.
