Gillian Anderson Joins Cast of Tron: Ares

Filming Resumes After SAG-AFTRA Strikes; Jared Leto to Headline

Gillian Anderson, known for her roles in The X-Files, The Crown, and Sex Education, has joined the cast of Disney's Tron: Ares.
Tron: Ares, the third movie in the Tron franchise, resumed filming after being halted due to the SAG-AFTRA strikes.
Jared Leto, who recently played Morbius in the Sony/Marvel superhero movie, is headlining Tron: Ares.
The character Anderson will portray in Tron: Ares is currently unknown.
Tron: Ares also stars Evan Peters, Greta Lee, Jodie Turner-Smith, Cameron Monaghan, and Sarah Desjardins.
