The 31-year-old quarterback becomes the most experienced player in the Giants' quarterback room, which currently includes only Tommy DeVito.
Despite Winston's signing, the Giants remain expected to select a young quarterback with the No. 3 overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft.
Winston, a former No. 1 overall pick, played for the Cleveland Browns last season, starting seven games and throwing for 2,121 yards, 13 touchdowns, and 12 interceptions.
The Giants are still open to adding another veteran quarterback, with Aaron Rodgers reportedly remaining a possibility.
