The person in the costume was seen standing outside front doors and in some cases pushing on them, but did not ring any doorbells.
Security footage from doorbell cameras showed the individual attempting to open front doors, but walking away when they were found to be locked.
When approached by a neighbor, the individual reportedly said they were looking for a friend's house.
